You can't pass up this great location this fully renovated spacious 2 Bedroom plus loft, 2 Bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California. Located within walking distance to the Gondola at The Village and near Canyon Lodge, it is also on the free winter shuttle route (Blue Line). Enjoy shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee and many events at the Village throughout the year. The unit itself has been renovated from top to bottom and offers a Mountain modern space for the whole family. A spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything needed to prepare family meals. A large flatscreen TV over the pellet stove in the living room allows the whole gang to gather together to catch a game or movie. On the lower level is the primary bedroom with Queen bed, TV, and adjacent full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs is the loft perfectly built for kids with 4 built in twin bunk beds, and TV. The third bedroom on this level offers a Queen bed, and access to the shared adjacent full bathroom with fully tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. This home also offers a private washer and dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. The home has wood flooring throughout, and all new fixtures and furnishings throughout, and complimentary WIFI. San Sierra offers 2 parking spaces maximum (no exceptions), an indoor community hot tub and sauna . All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.   We loved staying in this cozy spot only a 5-minute walk from the village! It had everything we needed. Only complaint would be that the fireplace chimney needed cleaning as the smoke would filter back through the apartment even with the vent open. Also, the photos need to be updated on the Mammoth reservations website as the place looked completely renovated/different than what was advertised. Not a bad thing, but a bit confusing when we first walked in. This spot was great and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

  The Condo is rustic and roomy- especially for 6 adult woman.
  One of the twin beds needs to be replaced, the mattress is very worn, mushy & uncomfortable.
  There wasn’t enough wash clothes for 6 and the supply of shampoo & conditioner was a joke. 1 tiny container of each was all that was provided
  Other than that, we had a great time and plan on making this an annual girls trip

  Perfect location, clean with easy access. We have rented this condo several times now for our annual fishing trip. Just one set of stairs to the condo from the parking lot. Very clean and comfortable. Cable and wi-fi. You can walk to the village to the restaurants and Starbuck’s.

  Great location! The facility could use some cosmetic updating however everything working. It would have been nice to have had separate towels for jacuzzi. There were barely enough shower towels.   The property management was very helpful and allowed us to keep our car at the property on our checkout day and drop the keys off later in the day in order for us to get one last day of skiing. It was nice that the firewood was stocked! The location is very convenient and not a bad 10min. walk to the gondola. We walked our ski/snowboard equipment without trouble everyday. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay!

  This condo is in an amazing location just a few minutes walk from The Villiage. It's actually bigger than the pictures make it look. When you first walk in you're like ok this is nice, but then as you explore the rest of it you realize wow! There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper provided, along with soap and shower things. The fireplace was also great with plenty of firewood out on the small deck along with a bbq which we put to good use. If you're looking for a drop dead gorgeous condo, look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a condo that takes care of you and your friends as you spend a wonderful time in Mammoth, look no further! Check in and out was a breeze and we didn't experience a single issue with our stay. Our group will definitely be back!!

  Overall, we had a good experience. It was initially very cold, and we had to run the heaters and the fireplace to heat up the unit. However, it became cozy and warm very quickly - too warm, even! Some cabinets were left open when we arrived, and some of the light switches didn't appear to actually be connected to anything, but it was a great space for the 5 of us. Easy access to The Village and public transit.

  The property was in a great location, shuttle stop 81 was right across the street. Easy drop off to the Village Gondola, and easy exit when you're leaving Canyon Lodge. Clean and pristine. Had a problem with the garbage disposal, but called the office and they handled it quite quickly. Would stay here again.
