The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen offers a great gathering space for the whole crew to be together. Cozy up in the living area with pellet stove, large flatcreen Smart TV with Cable, and enjoy those incredible expansive views. The updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, comes completely stocked with all the kitchenware of home, allowing you to prepare family meals. There is plenty of seating for your group in the dining area that seats 6, with 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. There is a gas grill located on the upper balcony, private washer/dryer makes it a home away from home, and complimentary WiFi. Don't miss some of the best views and most relaxed, private settings in Mammoth, with the creek in your backyard! In the primary bedroom, wake up to that mountain setting and relax in your King bed, with flatscreen TV, or step out off the private deck to the meadow or enjoy your morning coffee. The secondary master suite also offers a King bed and flatscreen TV, with private attached en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the shared hall bath with tub/shower combo. The laundry area with private washer / dryer is located on this lower level. The open loft on the 3rd story is perfect for the younger visitors featuring 2 Twin beds (note no closet). The home also comes with a secure external equipment storage closet at the entrance. Snowcreek offers luxurious, grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature's majesty. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice, that your furry friend will also be in love with. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking permits. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 3 stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside, and no smoking is permitted.     Overall a good place to stay. Positives: Good location, clean, kitchen well stocked, enough room for 8 people.
    Some minor issues included a drip coffee maker that didn't work (there was a Keurig machine however that did work) and both shower drain plugs were nonfunctional. Also could use instructions on getting the pellet fireplace to work.
