This spacious 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom townhouse in the Snowcreek community is next to the meadow near the creek, with spectacular mountain views. It is on 3 split levels – bedrooms on the bottom, living areas on the second floor, plus a loft. It has its own private front door and 3 steps to the entry. The home is set up to allow everyone to spread out, while still having areas to spend time together. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a large sectional couch to fit everyone. The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals. There is plenty of seating in the dining area with an extendable table that can seat 8, plus bar stools in the kitchen area and a bonus seating area overlooking the kitchen. If you are interested in working remotely, there is free WIFI and a desk area in the bonus seating area. The balcony looks out over the lawn to the meadow and the Sherwin Mountains beyond. The three bedrooms are downstairs. The home offers two master suites that each have sliding glass doors out to a deck. Both suites have king beds, flatscreen TVs and ample closet storage. The private attached bathrooms have full tub/shower combos. The third bedroom features two twin beds that can be connected to make a King. The third bathroom, near the washer/dryer, is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open loft on the upper level third story is perfect for the younger visitors featuring a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. This home is set up for kids, with a highchair in the dining area, bath toys in the primary master, and toys and kids’ books in the Twin bedroom. There are board games for the older kids and adults to enjoy. The house is also dog friendly and has food and water bowls for your pup. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice. Snowcreek offers spas, saunas, and grassy knolls in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow, a cross country ski trek, or a snowball fight while taking in nature's majesty.     great location. closet to parking lot. rooms were nice however one of the heaters in the bedroom was broken. Even with the winter snow storm, the bedroom was still warm enough.

    Biggest issue was the home was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty. The previous renters left dirty pots and baking pan with bacon grease was left in the cabinet.
