Located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building directly across from Eagle Lodge, this spacious unit offers all the conveniences and premium location, giving the perfect base for your family Mountain getaway. This nicely decorated and upgraded 2 bedroom + enclosed loft, 2 bathroom, sleeps up to 8 has lots of natural light and a new queen sofa sleeper has also been added to the living room! The condo has a kitchen with stone countertops, a dining area for 4 plus an additional 2 at the bar, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. It is also equipped with a mud area in the entry to drop off your adventuring gear. The living room offers a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable living area with balcony and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The master bedroom on the upper level has a King bed and adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The enclosed loft, also on the upper level, features a kids haven with 3 Full beds (Full over Full bunk, plus Full trundle). The final bedroom on the main living level features a Queen bed and full bathroom, accessed from the hall, with walk-in shower. All bathrooms have upgraded granite counter tops and tiled flooring. This unit offers complimentary Internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9") with one designated parking spot...so no shoveling required! Common area features a Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, tennis court and pool (Summer only). This unit is even pet-friendly so you can even bring Fido along. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Located on the green shuttle line, it is walking distance to the lifts at Eagle Lodge and easy access to the town loop multi-use path network, and a short drive or shuttle ride into town where there is groceries, coffee, retail, restaurants, movie theater and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes, one for the designated spot and one for the guest parking on a first come, first serve basis.     The location of the unit is great. Within easy walking distance of the Eagle lodge and lift 15. This helped a lot since we were there during a blizzard and didn't need to drive to the parking lot. The unit was well furnished and we liked the tiled entryway for our skis and boots so we didn't worry about snow on the carpets. Kitchen was decently stocked although there was a shortage of forks which was solved. The only unusual thing was a shortage of doors on the sink parts of the bathrooms which opened up onto the main room and the bedroom. It was an inconvenience but not a show stopper. We loved that we could bring our dog!

    The condo is nice and location is great. However, it needs more dining space, chairs, and dinnerware if it is advertise for 8 people.
