This cozy studio, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect setting for your Mountain getaway! The condo comes with a full size kitchen, living area as well as a cozy pellet stove to enjoy those cool nights. There is a Queen size Murphy bed that offers flexibility to leave open or put away for more space. The living area offers a Full Size pull out couch for additional sleeping, a 50" Smart TV for streaming content (no cable access). The remodeled bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower with custom tile work. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare and cook meals, and the bar offers seating for 4. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. The complex neighbors Mammoth Creek park which is a fantastic community family park, as well as the new Town Community Recreation Center with indoor ice rink (opening Winter 2023). This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with 1 outdoor parking spaces, and an exterior guest ski locker. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 7 stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This TV has basic cable and a smart DVD player where you can access apps such as HBO, Netflix and log in with your account to view movies etc. Our calendar is updated in real time.
