If you're looking for a comfortable condo for your large family, this 2 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bathroom condo in Mammoth Lakes is perfect. Spend evenings around the cozy log-burning fireplace watching movies, or play cards or games at the dining table. Located directly on the Shuttle Route, Mammoth Lakes Bike Trail and just a short walk into town for local dining and shopping at the Vons shopping center, this central location offers all the convenience needed to get around Town. The home's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and with a dining area for 6 you can dine in with the family. The first bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the hall bathroom with tub-shower combo. The upstairs loft sleeps many more with a Queen bed, as well as 2 Twin beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The Horizons 4 complex is well maintained and has all the amenities you could ever ask for just across the parking lot including a hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, recreation room (complete with ping-pong and pool table), tennis courts, laundry facilities, and a large picnic area with gas grill. PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Spring/Summer. This may include but not limited to common areas, roof replacement and repairs, parking lot resurface. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. We apologize for any inconvenience. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Parking is available right at your door with two unassigned parking spaces as well as two free shuttle stop locations. This is an upstairs unit with approx. 15 steps to access, and 2 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.     Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Great location near restaurants, grocery stores. Only 5 minute drive to Eagle or just a bit longer to Canyon Lodge. Parking in front of condo.

    Pros- Firm comfortable beds. Roomy. Lots of places to hang things. Ski locker at Canyon. Free use of the wonderful facilities at Snow Creek Athletic Club. Easy check-in. Ample parking. Responsive rental agency even after hours. Plenty of kitchen supplies.
    Cons- old shag carpet. Many pots and pans not adequately cleaned. Single dish towel. Fireplace quit functioning on third night and filled the condo with smoke. Staff did respond quickly but were not able to fix it so we had no fire the next three nights and slept that night with the odor of smoke. Also, although it says “wood burning” it only burns those single clean burn logs- not what I call a wood burning fire place.

    Older condo but overall very good stay. Located near pool/spas/rec area. Only 12 steps to door from street. Upstairs loft has toilet/shower(nice touch).living room is on small side, fine for four people but anymore would be tight.

    Good location. Clean. Well equipped kitchen with room enough for 3 couples in living and dining room areas. The property description is not accurate. It states that the king bedroom has a full bath and it does not. It has a toilet, a sink, and a closet. It's a little dated but a good place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would stay here again.
