This four-bedroom, three-bath property is an end unit with plenty of room for large groups. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with 2 king beds, a queen a two set of twin bunk beds. Perfect for family fun. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape.     The condo is close to the village and the lifts. It is decently priced, but even for the price, there are some items that need to be replaced in the condo.

    The dining room chairs are in comically bad condition, the bedding should be replaced with fresher and cleaner feeling bedding (i.e., duvets that are washed and not comforters), and the kitchen was missing some of the items that the listing promised (like dishwasher agent).

    We also visited in between the multiple atmospheric rivers the community experienced and I am sympathetic to the immense challenge of clearing all of that snow, but the walkway area was very treacherous management should do something to address it. It made loading and unloading very difficult.

    The check-in and check-out process is also a little bit antiquated, needing to stop at the office for both check-in and check-out.

    #213 is right across the street from the blue line stop that goes to the Village and Canyon. It's also a 5 min walk (cut through the Westin) to the Village, so it was a perfect location for our group. The furniture/decor is a bit dated but very similar to many Mammoth homes we've rented in the past and everything worked perfectly. My only thing is I thought there was a Keurig but there wasn't, just a regular coffee maker, no biggie but I thought I saw Keurig on there and brought pods. Overall a great place for a good price.
