Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath split level townhome features vaulted ceilings and tree line view from the balcony. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen stocked with everything to make family diners and seating for 8. The master and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Mammoth Estates is perfect for entertaining with the year round game room, Jacuzzi and Sauna along with he beautiful pool in the summer where you cant catch some sun and BBQ for your friends and family. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

    The cabin hasta great location, and was walking distance from the gondola.
    It was clean and the 10 of us slept comfortably.
    It had everything we needed.
    We had 3 cars and that was a problem, only can park 2 cars.

    This condo was very comfortable for our family of 10. The bed arrangement was perfect. The place was outfitted with all of the necessities.
    The only problem was running out of hot water in the showers, but we learned to stagger them.
    Loved the beautiful pool area, and proximity to the Village without being noisy.
