Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom and two-bath is a beautiful single- lower level condo with a propane fireplace, slate floors, and granite counters. Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen has everything you need to entertain your family and friends for a weekend get away. The unit has a Queen bed in each room and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Turn on the propane fireplace and relax on the couch after a long day at the slopes or enjoy your drink of choice on the deck in the beautiful summer evenings while taking in the mountain air. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Just steps away from the on property amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna and rec room. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.     The rental was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated. The only complaint I have is that the couches were saggy, and not very comfortable.

    Often times, these rentals are creepy to stay in. This unit was exceptionally sparkly. Clean towels, sheets, showers, you get the point. Don’t hesitate to rent unit 110.

    The location was excellent, a short walk to the village. Easy parking. The condo has been updated but could use a few improvements to get to five stars.

    - TV in the living room's picture needs adjusting (despite multiple attempts, couldn't get the entire image on the screen without making it 75% of the size).
    - Deck railing is falling off
    - No chairs on patio
    - Floors and couches! are squeaky!

    We came here for Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed to prepare meals. The restaurant waits were incredibly long due to COVID-19. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.
