  The lodging was very nice and very clean. The home was supplied with anything you could possibly need. Unfortunately there are only 3 bedrooms in this large home. We have been coming to Mammoth for 15 years and needing a fourth bedroom is always an issue. I will need to search better next year.

  Our annual summer golf trip with 4 buddies..... going strong now for 12 years.
  Everything about this fine home was superb except for two features.... carpet has lots of stains ( time to replace?), but one guest who stayed in the lower 2nd master suite had a pull out sofa as the bed and was so uncomfortable he couldn’t sleep and chose to sleep on the couch. Not good. All the other beds were fine, Hope that is addressed, otherwise it was a wonderful home and we’ll be back again and again!

  It’s really nice vacation place for multiple family gatherings with a absolutely beautiful view of the front and back yard.

  House is a nice size with a good living area and the kitchen and bathrooms were both clean. The beds were a nice size and pretty comfortable. The fold out couch needs to be replaced with a Murphy bed or trundle. That room without a real bed is kind of useless because it’s downstairs with the other bedrooms. Carpets are really dated and looked dirty.
