Enjoy this spacious and opulent, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome that is perfect for your large group of up to 11. It features a quiet forest setting with a large outdoor deck, vaulted ceilings, and living room with flatscreen TV and DVD player. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace or take a dip in the complex jacuzzi. A perfect mountain retreat for Summer or Winter. The upgraded kitchen comes complete with everything you would need to cook and entertain, and the dining area seats 6 with an additional 3 at the kitchen bar.

The master bedroom on the main level upstairs offers a King size bed and TV. With a upgraded adjacent bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom downstairs features a King bed and TV, the third bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. The fourth and final bedroom is perfect for kids or singles offering a bunk bed with 2 Twin beds as well as another bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the top, also with TV. The remaining two bathrooms are located downstairs, one with tub/shower combo and the second with an upgraded walk-in shower. This condo is centrally located on the free shuttle route or a 5-10 minute walk gets you to the Minaret shopping center where you can find Starbucks, Vons, the movie theater and more! The complex has an array of amenities to offer such as an outdoor Pool (Summer only), outdoor covered hot tub, BBQ and patio area for Summer grilling. All Mammoth Sierra guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 11 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 2 stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.     We shared the rental with three other couples and two children. The place was well located with dining and shopping close. Very clean and comfortable. We always fear that beds would not be to our liking but the beds were perfect. Cooking and dining supplies were more than adequate. Hope to stay here again.
