This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California has been totally refurbished and updated Conveniently located just a few steps away from the Red Line Shuttle stop and is spacious, bright and well-appointed. Spend your evenings in your home away from home in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen or take a short walk into town for great dining, shopping, and movies. The complex includes a spa, sauna, and laundry facilities. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1900 sq ft, with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Wireless High Speed Internet Access. Living room: Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD, kitchen, dining, wood burning stove, full bath and deck. Master Bedroom: Queen Bed, Flatscreen TV and shared full bath.     We rented three units for our group of 23 people on this weekend. The unit was in decent condition. Kudos to the owner for having ample dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, etc. But, there were only two garbage cans between the four BRs and three BAs. Need to buy five more. Also, the BRs desperately need more and brighter lights. We could not see in the BRs even with the lights on.

    Comfortable and efficient rental. Well appointed, and clean. But trouble with water temperature in showers - which is likely a common problem with condos like this. Conveniently located off of the Red line, but the bedrooms face the main street so it gets loud with snow plowing and traffic noise.

    Preferred location for us (very close to Eagle, close to town), and a good size for our group. Comfortable beds and living room furniture, new kitchen appliances. Overall this property needs a lot of TLC, but hopefully all the paint cans in the cabinets indicate the start of maintenance and updating work in progress. A suggestion for the management company: please send the check in list the day before booked arrival. (We were already on the road when that email came and we learned we needed to have brought spa towels.)

    Incredible space and location for snowboarding and snowplay.Everything was in walking distance if needed. The transit system was right outside the entrance of the condo.Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The common area upstairs had plenty of room and none of us felt squished.

    Had stayed in this same unit several times. Couple maintenance issues which should be addressed. (1) The thermostat in the back bedroom was not working, so that radiator was unusable. We compensated with the hall heater but JTS it should be fixed. (2) the rocking chair in the living room has a broken leg (or whatever the bottom of a rocking chair is called). That should be repaired or replaced. Otherwise we had a great time as always.

    Hello,

    I usually don't leave any reviews unless it's a really bad one. But this time I just had to. My family of 10 stayed here very comfortable. The place was very nice and clean, very spacious for all 10 of us. Location was nicely located also. Very close to market and restaurants. The 2 parking spaces located in front of building was great. Overall awesome stay, wife and kids enjoyed it. Would recommend to friends and we will definitely return.
