This rustic 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is one you will not want to miss! In the newer phase 5 of Snowcreek, it backs directly up to the fairway on Snowcreek golf course with amazing views of the course and Mammoth Mountain. The town home has been remodeled with very unique touches and designs you will have to witness this charm for yourself!

The spacious living room has two separate television viewing areas (with a 46" flat screen and 32" flatscreen), vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, foosball table, two full size arcade games, private gas grill, and dining table with seating for 6 and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has been remodeled with special, high end touches and comes complete with all of the appliances and cookware you would expect in your own home.

The master bedroom downstairs has a King bed with 32" flatscreen TV/DVD player, private gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom, also downstairs, has a Queen bed and bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, also with an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms walk out onto a back deck with amazing views of the Snowcreek golf course and large backyard area. The perfect spot for the kids to run around and play outside! The two bedrooms located upstairs have a Queen bed in one with 2 Twins in the other. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom with dual vanity.

The town home comes with free WiFi, a private 2-car garage and private washer/dryer. This truly is a town home you have to experience for yourself. The unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, has 2 levels inside, comes with parking for 4 cars (2 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway, garage clearance is 83"), and no smoking or pets are permitted.     The townhouse nicely accommodated four adult couples. The location on the golf course is very scenic and quiet. My one recommendation to the owners is to provide some additional chairs that can be used to enjoy the outside area and, at the same time, have some extra seating at the dining room table. (There are only six chairs currently.)

    Overall a great cabin
    Location is good - not near the village and a little bit of a walk to the shuttle route, but cabin is on the golf course with a great view and right across from the spa.
    General Condition was good. The amenities are relatively new but show some wear. The kids loved the multiple video games and foose ball table. The fireplace was great and well stocked with wood. My only issue was the BBQ did not work. I had seen this on a prior review this year and figured it was fixed.
    My main issue was with the maintenance company. Our check in time was 4PM. I showed up at 3:30 and was told to come back since the cabin was not ready. I got a call 15 minutes later stating that one of the windows was broken and needed to be fixed. They boarded it up but the cabin was extremely cold. It took the entire night for the heater to warm up the cabin. It seemed like the window had been broke for sometime and no one had checked in on the cabin. The master bedroom fireplace did not work and someone had to come back and fix it. The BBQ did not work either.

    Overall was a great place to stay with just a couple of minor issues. Would call the maintenance company ahead to make sure these things are fixed since I saw some of these issues on prior reviews.

    first of all the location was fantastic, it had the view of golf course and small lake and we enjoyed a lot, we went for a walk around the golf course every morning.

    The rental transaction was easy and smooth. Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay immensely. There was a lot of space and we didn't feel cramped at all. The shared hot tub was close-by, a definite plus. Will definitely stay here again. I would have given 5 stars if the check out time wasn't 10am on Sunday morning though.
