Located in the heart of town, this 2 Bedroom plus loft 3 bathroom Townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is quiet, comfortable and a great value. Each bedroom has its own full bath plus there is a 3/4 bath off the living area. This property offers a swimming pool, two spas, sauna, and laundry facilities. Parking is available right in front of the units. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Hop on one of two free winter shuttles in the area and off you go to a fun filled day of skiing! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Mammoth Sierra Townhomes, offering some of the best floorplans in town with plenty of bathrooms and convenience, is ideal for groups.   It would be fair to say that condo 21 could use some improvements. The kitchen range/stove is very old. The loft vent system for the heat creates relentless noise. However, despite those inconveniences, the condo offers a great shuttle location and the complex at MST is quiet. My ratings below reflect my vacation overall experience

  I rented 4 condos, including #21. Everyone enjoyed a great experience. The location of Mammoth Sierra Townhomes is very convenient with the green line shuttle stop directly across the street.

  We needed a place for 8 to stay before a backpack when the Forest Service campsites we had reserved were still closed. This was an excellent alternative. The unit was clean and everything worked. The unit is only two blocks from a mall with a VONS and shops. The staff was helpful as well.
