This cozy and modern studio + alcove, 1 bathroom vacation rental is great for a small family looking for big value! Centrally located in town, and walking distance to kid-friendly miniature golf, this condo is located on the main shuttle route and has been upgraded throughout! The unit features custom stone countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and large flat screen TV.

The condo provides easy access to the La Residence outdoor pool (Summer only), jacuzzi, sauna, and public BBQ area complete with picnic tables and game of horseshoes. The entrance to the condo features an alcove with 2 Twin bunk beds and a Queen size Murphy bed sits against the wall in the living room. The lounge offers a cozy setting to sit by the fire, while the kitchen also offers dining for 4 at the breakfast bar. All Mammoth Sierra guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no pets or smoking is permitted. There are 2 stairs to this unit and 1 level inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.   Nicely renovated cozy unit with a nice bathroom and kitchen. There were 4 of us and we all slept comfortably. The location was convenient and we were able to walk to the shuttle, restaurants and bars.
  
  Just a few manageable cons:
  1. lacked a few basic kitchen supplies like a dish dry rack (no dishwasher), coffee filters (we bought a pack and left it there), cooking oils, salt&pepper, etc.
  2. We couldn't figure how to turn on the fireplace even though we followed the directions carefully.
  3. Walls were thin so we could hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around but luckily we brought ear plugs.
  4. Top bunk could use a hand rail

    Thanks for your feedback and we will certainly add some of the mentioned items. The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace so you would need to use the wood on the deck to light a fire.
