This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ski-in, ski-out condo is the perfect spot for your Mammoth vacation. No need to drive, the slopes are at your front door step! The unit features granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, flat screen TVs in every room, dining area with seating for 7, cozy gas fireplace, and full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy great views of Mammoth Mountain from your private balcony.

A King bed sits in the master bedroom, with a private attached bathroom and flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds also with a flatscreen TV. The living room even has a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Juniper Springs Lodge offers the finest amenities with heated garage parking, year-round outdoor heated pool with 3 jacuzzis, fitness center, business center, game room, in-building ski rentals, morning cafe, private Winter shuttle and bus stop located in front of building. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 8' 2"), and Tesla (and other electric vehicle) charging stations. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.There are no stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: pools, spas, recreation rooms, sauna’s, tennis courts, fitness rooms and public gathering spaces.   Property is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids. Would be too small for more since main room is small where there's a sofa bed. Kitchen was nicely supplied. Comfortable accommodations. We were supplied lots of fans, which were needed since we were there in the summer. Nice pool area - kept nice and warm - since it was during COVID no access to some amenities but it was so nice to get away!

  A trip to Mammoth was just what we needed during the pandemic. The condo at Juniper Springs was very clean and comfortable. One suggestion is to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

  These condos are right on the slope, next to rentals and ski ticket purchases. Accommodations include a hot tub, gym, and heated pool. The kitchen is compact but efficient.

  I arrived at the management company around 2:45pm. Since the rental was already paid in full and I am also a repeat client to this exact unit, I was hoping that I could get the key early so I could park my car at the Juniper Springs garage, have lunch at Eagle Lodge and unpack the contents when unit was available. I advised the rental agency that I'd not enter the condo until I received a phone call that the unit was ready but the request was denied. Were I the owner of this unit, I'd not have any problems releasing the key early to someone who has been proven to have followed all the guidelines while staying in the unit.

  We loved the unit, the resort and the location. The balcony was a nice place to sit in the evening, and the pool area was pleasant. In winter this location would be perfect as you can almost touch the Eagle Lift from the balcony.
  
  The only negative was that the room was hot and seemed to defy the laws of physics. With all doors and windows open at night, the heat somehow persisted. We finally noticed that the fireplace pilot light was on and quite strong, with no way to turn it off. I mentioned this to the management so maybe something can be done. The owners did kindly have a couple of large fans available so that helped.

  Loved the location. The downstairs ski lockers were a great feature and just a short walk from the Eagle Lifts and the lodge where lift tickets could be purchased. The only issue is that if anything goes wrong the front desk is not the place to go. Everything must go through the rental office down the street. We had the battery go out on the keyless entry and the front desk personnel were not helpful. Luckily once we figured out to call the rental office in town we were taken care of.

  Rental unit was great and property is well maintained. Not really ski in /out. The resort is near the ski lift but requires a walk of about 100 yards which can be slippery if icy or snowy conditions as the walk involves a "steapish" incline
